بعد شهر مطير تفضل الله فيه بالمطر والخير على محافظة بيشة استجابت الأرض مبكراً لهذه الرحمات فارتدت ثوبها الأخضر الجميل وتحولت سفوح الجبال السوداء إلى مروج خضراء ، (الضلعة) غرب الحرف ، ورصدت مشهداً لم يعهده أهالي بيشة من عشرات السنين ، وشوهد ملاك المواشي وقد خرجوا بمواشيهم لمناطق العشب التي امتدت من الضلعة وغربا حتى ظهر . (( نحمدك اللهم ونشكرك حمدا وشكرا يليقان بجلالك وعظيم سلطانك))
